PNC-27

PNC-27 is a 32-amino-acid synthetic peptide widely used as a reference compound in oncology and membrane-biology research. It combines a p53-derived sequence (residues 12-26) with a membranolytic segment, and is studied in vitro for its reported interaction with membrane-associated MDM2 in various cancer cell-line models.

Supplied as a lyophilized powder, greater than or equal to 95% by HPLC, in a sealed glass vial. Intended solely for laboratory and in-vitro research.
